A bit about me: I have a Masters degree in Business Law and am a certified mediator. I began my career at one of largest law firms in Israel, and over the years have specialized in commercial transactions, licensing, Internet and Computer law, Privacy and Database registration, Company Incorporation, early stage investments, founders agreements, partnership agreements, evaluation agreements and basically anything related to startups, high-tech and business transactions.

In 2014 I established the IDC Legal Clinic for start-ups, which provides legal and business support to hundreds of entrepreneurs and ventures from under-represented communities. I am a lecturer at the IDC (Reichman University) – one of the top Universities in Israel, and teach courses such as “International Business Negotiations” and “Entrepreneurship 101”. In addition, I am a guest lecturer at the Technion (Israel’s leading technical university), at the Lahav program for managers at Tel-Aviv University, at Tilburg University (Netherlands), Innsbruck University (Austria) and at Peking University (China). I also lecture at private companies and law firms.

Lastly, I am a leading mentor on Clarity.fm and Startups.com (one of the biggest startup platforms in the world) and a personal business coach (on leadership) for mid to senior managers.
